At NETUM, we stand behind the precision and durability of our scanning technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your electronic hardware, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your NETUM account and navigate to your order history to select the specific hardware item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, clearly marking the RMA number on the box to ensure expedited processing at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Technical Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
